Sales Policies:

-        All of our bunnies leave our care with a lifetime of support. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask. I am happy to help answer questions and offer suggestions when something isn’t working for you and your buns.

-        All of our bunnies are reserved on a first come first serve basis. If you are interested in a specific bunny we will soon have available for adoption, you can put a non-refundable deposit down (of $150) on that bunny to reserve it for you. That deposit will go towards the final price of the adoption. The rest of the funds are required at least 24 hours prior to pickup. For all litters and with every baby produced here, we have first pass on babies we produce which means not all babies introduced to our social media pages will be made available for reservation.

- Please be aware, we operate on a first approved, first come waitlist sorta process. This means, depending on the size of our waitlist, you could be waiting a few months before a baby will be made available for you. If you are looking to bring a baby home today, we unfortunately will not be a good option for you.

- Before filling out an application and prior to contacting us, please read over our “waitlist information” page. This will tell you how our waitlist works.

- Currently, we only have TWO holland lops who produce color correct for shows. We only breed that pair once a year. If you are looking for a show bun, please let me know so I can tell you when that litter is scheduled to happen.

-        All of our bunnies must be picked up at our home in Bend Oregon. Please bring a cage to transport your bunny home in. I am happy to work with transport but details must be arranged by buyer.

-        Price of bunny depends on quality and color but range between $300-$450 (please know this is the range but could be more or less depending on the bunny). Pedigrees are an extra $75 if sold with a pedigree. ALL of our bunnies are fully pedigree however pedigrees are not an option for all bunnies. Please let me know prior to adoption if you are desiring a pedigree for your bunny.

-        You MUST be over the age of 18 to adopt. If you are under the age of 18, please have a parent contact us.

-        All payments must be made through Venmo.

-        All sales are final. If you put a hold on a specific bunny, you cannot change that hold for a different bunny.

- Our babies are kept in a temperature controlled garage which means, if you adopt from us mid-winter and wish for your bunny to live outdoors, you understand that that baby must remain inside until Spring so that they have time to develop a good undercoat.

- Pet adopted bunnies will not be given pedigrees. If a pedigree is requested, there will be an added fee & another application to complete before approval. This must happen PRIOR to reserving a bunny.

-        If sold with a pedigree, it will be emailed to you within 24 hours of adoption. There is NO guarantee on the results of your showing or breeding any bunny purchased from us. Upon pickup of your bunny, you are required to ensure the bunny is exactly as listed. Once you leave our home, we are no longer responsible.

-        All bunnies will be sold healthy (to the best of our knowledge) at the time of sale. We will not be held responsible if your bunny gets sick or dies after leaving our home. We are not responsible for vet bills of any kind.

-        Bunnies do not leave mama until 8 – 10 weeks of age without exception. Please do not ask as we will not wean babies early.

-        We do our best to ensure sexing of babies is accurate although mistakes will happen. We are not responsible for mistaken genders. You may check to ensure gender prior to taking home your bunny but once the bunny leaves our care, refunds will not be given for any reason. 

-        All Bend Bunny Lop buns are handled multiple times a day starting from the day they were born. They come ready to go to their new homes well socialized, used to being handled by adults and children alike (with adult supervision of course), other pets, loud noises and used to different environments. We cannot guarantee temperament once the bunny leaves our home.

-        Once a bunny is ready to leave our home, you are required to pick up bunny within TWO weeks of being available. If after two weeks, you have failed to pick up your bunny, the bunny will be listed again as adoptable and your deposit will not be refunded.

- Once you fill out an application, you can expect a phone call from us within 48-72 hours. I require a phone conversation in order to be placed on our waitlist.

Return Policy:

If at any time you are unable to care for your bunny, please contact us immediately.  We will take back our bunny or help you with finding them a safe & loving home. However, please be aware, refunds will not be given no matter the circumstance.
